Enrollment is simple. TradeForce uses essential information including your legal first and last name, birthdate, address, phone number, email address, and a professional profile picture. Additionally, input details about your work experience and highlight your skills!
You will need to complete your profile either within TradeForce’s mobile app or on our web page. This includes a resume with recent work experience and your driver's license. Upon completing your profile, a vetting process will be conducted by a member of TradeForce. Once you become verified, you will then be approved for claiming shifts.
Creating a TradeForce account is completely free. A service fee is only charged to prospective companies after a shift is completed on the platform. Simple and transparent.

TradeForce’s Dependability Score is a crucial metric assessing the reliability of independent contractors within the TradeForce platform. Every independent contractor starts with a baseline rating of 5.0 on a scale of 0-5 and it is adjusted based on factors like cancellations, lateness, no-show instances, as well as positive contributions such as completing shifts, favorable feedback, and commendations.
